i wanna slam my saxo 1.1 furio but i heard the rear is hard to do
has anyone got any information on how to do the front and rear

firstly, there's no such thing as a 1.1 furio lol, do you mean 1.1 forte?

secondly, it all depends on how mechanically minded and experienced you are?

for the rear, google badgermotorsport lowering or suzukituning lowering guide

for the front, theres a guide with pictures on here somewhere. Search spring removal guide in the suspension section

Its also worth noting, that unlike most other cars, its actually quite expensive to slam the front of a saxo (providing you want to keep it looking level and not look a douche)

Coilovers are required for the front for anything more than ~60mm, and cheap coilovers arent very good

Fronts are easier by far, providing you've got spring compressors. Rear is more difficult but only as you have to be sharp at measuring and have a good dose of stamina as torsion bars after x amount of years don't like to come out very easily

what make of coilovers would u suggest coz i have no idea

well avoid all the cheap ebay rubbish (gmax, vmax, ta technix, raceland etc.) theyre all the same and have never heard anything good about them. The next cheapest coilovers are GAZ g.h.a coilovers

Torsion bar really isn't for the faint hearted. Even then you'll need much more knowledge than the guides off.

I can do it for you, £70 for the rear, extra 40 for front. I do my t-bars the correct way too, not the notch way.

lol its so annoying watching kris do the whole job in half hour, when it takes me hours, usually ending up pulling my hair out

I actually reckon I could do one blindfolded, only having to look to check measurements.

What about doing it Carlos Fandango style. Higher but wider wheels at the back and Lower and thinner wheels at the front. Like they did in the 70's. you could even put a 9" steering wheel in to finish it.

    Sorry to much
