Side skirt + wheel arch

Need to bond my wherl arch on and side skirt as my wheel arch fell off snapping all the brackets so going to tigerseal it on.
What would be the best thing to use to hold it on for overnight so it settles?
    Thanks

When i reglued my arches i used these : http://www.esska.se/esska_se/bilder/...29730905_z.jpg to hold it on place.

I used duct tape, and the glue on it, merged with the paint, or smth so the paint was drawn with the tape.

When will people learn if clips break buy new clips. If the metal brackets that hold the clips break off then stick them back on.

Don't glue arches to your wings they are clipped on for a reason. If they get knocked the clips break and take all the energy away. If you glue them on and get a knock your wings will be fucked.

I used masking tape when I fitted my vt kit

+1 and its much easier to fix the bracket back in place before fitting the kit back to the car and having to tape/clamp it all to the car until its dried

I to don't understand why people glue arches on I don't even know how it can be done as most of the arch doesn't sit flush with the wing

As said, buy new clips from citroen or ebay for a few pennies each. They absorb all the shock when you get a bump.

If the brackets are fucked then by all means glue it, but i'd prefer to use plenty of masking tape instead of duct tape as it can be a bit harsh and sticky so may ruin your paint or leave it's residue behind and dull the paintwork.

For the side skirt i'd rest it on some books, tins, cans, scissor jacks etc just to support it...unless you need to drive it but i wouldn't recommend driving it whilst the glue sets sicne it's probably a bit wet outside, might effect how well it bonds if the water gets in somewhere.

If the metal clips have came off simply tigerseal them on or if they are missing just go to a scrappy and half inch the ones you need
