Oil sumps

   Just a quick one, will the sump on my 03 106 be the same as any other sump from a 106/saxo apart from the gti/Vts?

   1.1/1.4 sumps the same yes.
   Gti/VTS sumps the same. (Different to above)

   Vtr is the same as a VTS

   Think the only difference between the vtr and vts sumps is one of them has gubbins on it for a sensor, but they both fir the same

   5JP is different again, there's a few different sumps on later cars different to early ones, no idea what the differences are.
   
   best bet is to stick your vin into servicebox.
   
   most motorfactors that do panels can get you sumps.

   yes i think you're correct. the vts has oil level and temp whilst the vtr only has one or the other (I think?).
   
   Either way, the sump is the same shape iirc.

   I dont think the VTR had any sensors in the sump itself? from what I can remember from my old silvertop engine as theres no plug on my loom for it. Xsi/S2 rallye has the temperature sensor though
