springs or kit?????

   I can't decide to get a full Koni sports kit for my vtr or just to get the springs themselfs.
   
   Is there more chance of the suspension being noisy if I don't upgade the shocks?
   
   Im not gona be using my car 4 track days so i guess the lowering springs make more sence,but I do have the money of a full kit.
   
   Any help in deciding would be great!

   if you have the money for the kit then buy it. lowering springs with standard shocks is basically just for show and the ride will be a lot harsher than a full kit as the shocks aren't matched to the new spring rate and shortened length, although a lot of people with just springs say the ride isnt that bad but full kit is better.
