handbrake stuck on

   I have a problem of my nearside rear wheel grinding, I have figured out its my handbrake what it causing it. However I cannot seem to get it to release the wheel, offside is fine and rotates with no problem.
   Any ideas would be much appreciated.

   I take it you`ve had the wheel off that side,stripped it down etc?

   We sometime have this issue with the work cars normally just rocking them in first gear and it pops off or taking the wheel off and giving the hub a smack with a hammer

   Yer I have stripped it down but it seems that where the cable joins the caliper there is no movement
