vtr idle problems

   so my 2001 vtr wont start at times unless i give it throttle and hold it till it gets warm. anyone know why and how to solve it?
   
   Also sometimes when im driving and dip the clutch the revs start to rise to around 2,000 rpm and when im sitting at traffic lights. causes and how to solve it?
   
   i have serviced it recently and sprayed the ICV

   You need to take the icv out clean up with carb cleaner & clean out the throttle body.If that doesn`t work then buy a new icv.
