Oh no RUST !

   well took my roof lining out today and well found this lil b*tch hiding and to top it off seems to be alot of water condensation across the whole roof by this i mean small drips of water that just sit there hanging
   im far from good with body work any ideas on if this is the cause of the water droplets ? and how to go about this rust patch =(

   Yeah its blocked the pipe. reason you're getting rust.

   it could be tho .. where does the pipe lead to and best way to unblock if it is this thats blocked?

   ta fellas ill take a closer look 2moz morning and update you all ..... welding is not what i needed to hear though =( this may be a problem

   Pipes come out inside the sill, which has a hole in it for drainage. Blast them through with an air line to make sure they are clear. Remove the sunroof and clean it out then grind back that rust and paint the upper part where the water is. You might be able to silicone it or repair it with some chemical metal although welding it would be a better job

   Yep, it's where the water sits as the drain hole is above the settling point.
   
   Silly prickle. This common saxo issue is well known even by me.

    cheers mate i did think on chem metal for the repair but wasnt sure if it would do the job good enough , ill let you know how i get on 2moz with it ..

    didnt really have a choice it was half off where some one tryed stealing it at xmas =( f*cked boot lock still aint been tended to =( daughter should be arriving in next 2 weeks so i been real stretched for time n cash :'(
