Weird pulling

    Had this a while and I've just found out what seems to make it do it...

    When I accelerate obviously I control the car as normal but it always seemed a little 'scatty' almost, unpredictable...

    I've just been experimenting and notices that when I lift off the car heads left and when I accelerate it heads right...
    Track rod ends and tracking were laser aligned yesterday and the car has always done this.

    I do find the passenger wheel spins up easily even when just pulling out of junctions or accelerating hard in second or something and that tyre has worn quicker as a result

    I'm a little concerned at diff, but are there any other things that can cause this?

    Seems to be wishbone bushes, are updated rear ones available as well as front ones?

    you can get polybush rear ones in a red colour I remember researching them but they were something like £110 for a pair which I thought was rather expensive.. new standard ones should be fine though on a road car.

    Thanks bud, powerflex list them for the AX and the front bushes are the same as the saxo, are there other differences on AX wishbones or would they actually fit?

    Also this car seriously wheel spins for any random reason in the passenger wheel, any ideas?

    Standard rear bushes are in the post and one powerflex one has been fitted so far

    Ill be running a spare steel on the passenger side now due to the tyre being 3mm less than the other :/

    Passenger side shaft is shorter and is less weight.

    The diff puts the power to the wheel with least friction.

    Both my 106's spin up the passenger side first. with and without intermediate bearing on the drivers side. Maybe you have a bit of brake binding on the drivers side as well?


    The pulling left and right is definitely lower arms, my diesel used to do this like hell because the wishbone bush was completely missing BUT the tracking was still spot on. no unusual tyre wear.

    Symptoms if the bush are identical though I had it tracked the other day and was concerned that this will now be out..

    I know that's the case with the wheels however I virtually can't stop it spinning which is odd, no traces of brake binding etc :/

    The rear bushes for the AX require a bracket to bolt over the top of the bush (a bit like the arb bushes on a saxo) they will fit if you can get hold of some brackets from the AX but i think they are pretty hard to source now..
