Tyre wear

   Hi my front tyres are wearing on both inside and outside edge. I think its because the tracking isn't strait. But are my tyres road legal a the moment? Theres lots of tread on the inside its just the inside and outside edges are becoming Bold. as you can see in the pic below, except its abit worse now.
   
   I think I'm rite in thinking I'm still legal because these parts of the tyre aren't the central 3 quarters

   i think they are legal aslong as you have minimum of 1.6mm of tread across the central 3 quaters of the tyre and the tread pattern is still visable on the edges

   is 33psi the correct pressure for a 195/45/15 wheel? cause i got aftermarket alloys, so don't know where to check
