Saxo brakes

   I recently replaced the rear brake cylinders but think the dealer has sold me the wrong ones. There are two different types, one with pressure regulator built in and one without.
   
   Does anyone know what the effect would be if I have the wrong one fitted. At the moment the front brakes are not working properly although they were before I replaced the rear cylinders.
