central locking problem (video)

   rite this video may give it away for you guys, i checked the fuse and that is fine,
   
   not sure what it could be, relay or centrasl locking unit........ hopefully one of you have had the same problem

   for started that bleep is an aftermarket alarm system its not standard saxo, that will be where the issue will lie, or maybe its not a issue and you just don't have the aftermarket alarm fob.

   it is a toad one, it used to work about 2 years ago, i have put new centre locking door things on (not that) im guessing relay but pfft nightmare,
