saxo vts to map or not to map

   hi all im getting there with my vts now and looking to fine tune all the bits ive added spec is
   
   ported throttle bodie
   bmc cda enclosed
   raceland 4-2-1
   full saxsport system "2
   jp4 cam covers
   
   still have a lumpy idle after cleaning or replacing all sensors including map sensor
   also i have a flat spot between 4-5k
   
   just wondering if a remap would help fine tune all the bits ive added to get the most from them im not expecting any huge gains but smoothing out the power delivery would be top notch any advice cheers tom

   Try unplugging the battery for 1/2 an hr then take the car for a run.Your remapping question would get more responses in the performance section mate.

   Would not be worth mapping for them mods IMO, get some cams then think about mapping

   ok thanks for the reply i will try and unplug it for half an hour see if that helps
