Vtr starting problem any help

   The problem i have is that my vtr wont start sounds like a flat battery
   So new battery put on same problem if i bump start it and cut it out it starts no
   Bother unless left for a few hrs it wont jump start aswell
   Any solutions will help thanx

   Alternator doing its job?
   
   Reading it again, i would say your alternator is dead.

   Its fine had a test on it today

   i had a similar problem a few weeks ago, i would check your coil pack as that is what mine was due to corrosion in the plug.
   
   I have read on here of other with a similar problem and the other two likely issues would be your crank sensor or your fuel pump. so i would start by checking the fact that you have fuel to the engine and that you definatly have a Spark!
