how to remove a whole door ?

   Okay some of you may know I'm spraying my saxo, I've now got to the point that I need to take to doors off to do the inside of the shuts.
   
   I've researched it but all I'm getting is removing the door cards / speakers. There is 4 torx bolts which are T4 but the 2 in the silver arm are solid and have already rounded one off !
   
   Do these need to be removed or can I undo the 2 10mm nuts in the other end of this arm ?

   just drop the bolts out the hinges and your door is off

   you rounded the bolt!! nice one.
   I did this once on one of these bolts, using a file and a dremel i re shaped it into a size 13 or 12 socket. I got the thing out, but it was a pain.

   I would use a cold chisel on them if they were completely buggered, then extract the studs.
   
   or if you're epic, weld a nut onto the head. they shouldn't be that tight.

   Going to try this now, will weld a 13mm to it see how that goes will update when/if I get it done

   Be careful, they are pretty soft material for welding.
   
   Just thought of something else, a small multipoint socket might hammer over the top too.

   All done, only one snapped so will get the drill out and get hat one out, cheers lads
