    iirc my old VTS was doing around 300 miles to a full tank which was about £50 and that was with a decat.

    Depends how heavy your right foot is.
    My cammed 16v get about 26-30mpg motoway around town about 18mpg, lead foot about 12-13 if i'm lucky.

    Should see mid 30's realistically if you take it easy.

    Depends on many factors though - well serviced, well maintained (good tyres etc), motorway driving, 60mph, high 30's maybe 40mpg.

    Reverse donuts in McD's carparks and ripping up tarmac off the tescos pedestrian crossing traffic lights will reduce that.

    I dont think mines that bad. Its quite good on the motorway aswell. still got a cat in. std panel filter, 4-2-1 cat and so on.

    Winter cold months arnt that clever.
