info pls 16" alloys

    im going to buy some 16" alloys in the next week but need some info pls. will the 195.40.16 rub wen lowered 40mm or standad height. and will they rub with 195.45.16 profile on lowered 40mm or standad height. any info wud be gud thanx.

    If you have a VT model, including westcoast and furio, then you will be fine with 16's and 40 pros down to 40 and you wont even have to remove the liners. On 45 pros you will have issues for any hieght i should think.

    If you have a base model saxo, you cant really get 16's without arch work i dont think mate

    45 profiles are fine without the arch liners. People make a big fuss over 45 profiles but they really anr that bad 5mm isnt much just fills the arch up abit better

    Hey guys! I've just registered today and was looking through the forums to see if i could find info on what wheel sizes will fit on a standard Saxo Furio without taking out the liners.

    Should I get 15's of 16's?
    What profile tyres?
    And how far can I drop it without rubbing?

    Thanks for any help. Just got the car, it came with shit 14's so I cant wait to get modding!

    15" with 45 profile tyres can be lowered about 60front and 70rear

    16" with 40 profile will go down 40mm

    but you cant take the liners and out and slam it no problem on the proiles i said above.

    Bigger profiles and bigger wheels then 16" will need arch work
