unless its really warped it wouldnt make much difference, as the rocker cover sits in a channel in the gasket so would just tighten town, providing the face on the head is good too. Get photos of where it leaks from

It's leaking from the front left and front right both on corners mate
Just another questions when a new head gasket has been fitted do they skimm where the rocker cover sits I'm sure they don't only asking because 4 year ago it had a new one fitted buts that's not got any think to do with this lol

    I'm sure

Most advise to skim the head when you do the gasket so its possible.

Is the baffle plate seated correctly & not warped?Plus have you overtightened the mounting studs(squashing the seal)? They should be 5nm.

No most places dont skim where the rocker cover gasket sits, generally no need providing it isn't pitted. you could give it a clean up though and see what it does. If you dont have any luck, try a small bit of silicone gasket sealer round the bottom of the seal but only a smidgen not loads as it shouldn't need any at all

Had this problem with mine, changed the rocker cover and was fine afterwards. Can only assume there was a slight warp!

Have you torqued it down correctly? I did mine to 8N/m and have had no problems. don't do it up too tight just a nip and another quarter of a turn or so.

Hi and thanks for all the reply backs well I've just buy a rocker cover and new rubber so I will see what it does after I fit this other one .im pretty sure it's warp round the edges haven't put it on a flat surface to see if it rocks.....
but this must be the problem .
Because on my 2nd Vtr I've change one rocker gaskit In 9 years from new 1x but this one had 3 and I think it's warp rocker metal plate the whole thing the rear don't leak only on the e front left corner and right corner and its got the plate inside with the washer things like spaces
So will see and post back should get part tomorrow or Monday thanks every one for your help
Ps sealant which is the best to buy ? I use like a blue paste
Apply a little around but still Didn't work
    Drive safe every one thanks
