I brought a spare Saxo vts for spares for my 1998 saxo problem is the spare one is 2003 :/ so obviously half the parts won't fit however I plan to do an engine swap and i was wondering if anyone can help me with a few questions?
If i use the entire running gear ie the struts drive shafts can i put them straight into the 1998 body or are they different in anyway I know the 2003 model has tapered drive shafts but will that matter if i use the struts and suspension as well will they fit straight in or are they longer etc?
I also want to use the steering rack etc from the donor car as mines got a play in it and thought while I've got the engine out i may as well do that too. Will that fit i assume they are pretty much the same.
