cold engine?

   Cant seem to get my fan to kick in recently...Is this just due to the fact the weather is so cold that my engine doesnt get hot enough for the fan to kick in?
   Had a long drive yesterday and after that let the car idle for abit just to see if the fan came on which it didnt. is that normal?
   Heaters get nice and hot but it does take a while..

   do you have a thermostat fitted?

   Yeah... I use to notice the fan come on but since the weathers been freezing not herd it come on.
   
   I don't have the temp gauge in the car though..only a red light to warn me if its overheating.

   probably enough cold air to dissipate the heat. It still should come on it'll take longer is all
