Hey guys, need some help! I have my management light on and it judders sometimes if i keep my foot still on the pedal when im driving or if it's going down more. As soon as it hit's 60mph makes a massive judder and that management light starts flashing and then it sounds like a 1 liter. Here's the link to the video....

    Please help!
    Thanks.

Take it to someone who can read the fault code is a starting point. Sounds like you have an awful missfire though.

could be idle control valve and map sensor. give your idele control valve a good clean and start from there

now ive looked at your video could be coilpack/loose sparkplugs go get a proper diagnostic on it.

I tried another coil pack today, no difference one bit, going to change the sparkplugs this week, Just hope that it's something small like that lol.

Should of tryed plugs first lol..

With a vibration like that, I'd be looking for mechanical problems.

I can assure you, 1.0's run much smoother than that lol

gonna be coilpack or knackered plugs

Just took it to have the codes read, It came up as

    P0300, P1327, P0711, P1B00

Could be a few things that

But as you've tried coil pack.. Check plugs over

But I'm thinking possible dodgy tps or map sensor

Hey guys thought id do an update, so far, changed the plugs and coil pack, as in the video you would seen if i reach 60mph what would happen, its's stopped but the management light is still permanent on, if i floor it to 60 it starts flashing but if i build the speed up to 60 as normal it stays, here's the video im putting up what happens when i tap on the accelerator slowly and let off, sometimes it cuts out!!

P1327 Is usually cause by interference. Check the coil pack capacitor is earthed properly.
P0300 is caused by the misfire due to the p1327.

    These last 2 are interesting:

p0711 - I fail to see how that code could have been triggered, that's for gearboxes.
    P1B00 - Undefined.

However when these codes are together based on previous findings and some extra research to be sure , it could be that your crank sensor has packed in.

This would make sense, as it will advance the ignition timing incorrectly at full throttle, that would give you a misfire and it could possibly give you heavy knock as well as demonstrated in your first video.

    possibly...

Does it sound like its coughing?
If so it could be an injector. Run some red ex through it

Map sensor mate. Mine was exactly the same replaced it and job done.
  15. #15
Id of gone with map sensor too yeyyyy
  16. #16
You can test if it is just by unplugging it, would run better than that unplugged

Car had a new crank sensor fitted today, still the same, so looks like it's the map sensor then :/

Coilpack i'd say mate, my mates c2 used to do it a the time. Used to show up injector fault on code reader but was coil pack done it 3 or 4 times. Best thing to do is find a mate with same coilpack and try it on your car and if it stops the problem
