How to prevent head gasket from blowing???

   Hi there is there any way to prevent head gasket from blowing?
   and tips or thingsyu should and shoulnt be doing?

   service the car well.
   Dont rag from cold.
   
   What car is it? These ones arent too bad when it comes to the head gasket.
   
   If its an 8v, its literally a couple of hours work if they do go anyway - So easy to work on!

   regular oil and coolant changes, keeping the levels topped up. Let the engine warm up before thrashing it. Just the basics
