Pretty much the same had both and there isnt much in it tbh
    Ran full t1s
Then replaced front 2 with t1r and tbh it felt pretty much the same

I thought the r was a replacement for the s wasnt sure s was still available

T1R seem pretty good I find, not sliding all over the place in the wet but there's certainly better out there - happy medium for me though I've never used them on track - I find them good in the dry though

ive used t1rs on my saxo/bmw and proton rally car.

few road rally boys think they are pretty good down the lanes for the price you pay for 195 50 15 fitment (around 35 quid a corner i think)

there are far worse tyres out there and also far better, but one of the best tyres for the money.

pretty poor for the money really, you can get a PE2 for not a lot more which will last twice as long grip twice as hard whatever the conditions.

I'm intrigued... Ill be needing 2 tyres soon, what's the details? Lol

I'm also a massive fan of BF Goodrich tyres, had 4 on my old st orange saxo and in 10k they'd hardly worn, and the grip was brilliant

had t1-r's on my clio! awesome grip in the dry, not so good in the wet, and far too soft!

In 2 minds to order 4 t1rs for £185, anyone think of some decent set for good In dry and wet, and maybe a odd track day

    Thanks

Where have you found the T1s for sale? Poor tyres anyway, both of them. ,much rather spend my money on a better performing tyre in the rain and dry that also last a lot longer.

For a similar proce RainSport2s. Spend abit more pilot exalto. Cf1s are good but dnt last long.
