Driving on flat tyre from pot hole

   On my way home from work i went over a stupid pot hole in the road {not on purpose} And it shook the whole car and made a rite noise, almost gave me a heart attack. It wasn't a blow out btw.
   but i kept on driving Nipped to asda and car was driving absoluteness fine the whole time. When i got home i noticed my front wheel had a flat tyre? So i've been driving on a flat tyre for god knows how far? and was unaware,
   So am guessing ill need a new tyre but is my wheel now going to be shagged?

   depends mate
   look for some major dents but the wheel should be fine
   is it a alloy wheel or steel?

   Its an alloy wheel, It was very curbed and marked when i put it on the car so all around the rim its chewed up and tatty. Don't think any new marks are on it. So is there a chance the wheel will be ok?

   Get a new tyer on it and get it balanced and take it upto 70+mph
   and if you have any shaking or movement then you will know it is focked
   but the garage might be able to tell you before you get the tyre on

   if the wheels fucked they will know when the balance the wheel because if its damaged then it wont balance up right

   when the garage do the balancing they will tell you straight up if its fucked mate

    It's weird My tyre was Flat, So i put the spare wheel on and went to the petrol station, where i filled the flat tyre up to 38psi.
    Checked it tonight and it's not gone flat?

    Slow puncture? Take it to a garage and get them to check it out for you
