Rear brakes stuck slightly and air bag light

   Hi ive just bought a saxo and have discovered a few problems
   
   When reversing and pulling away i can feel the back end bogging down slightly, when i first picked it up the car had been stood 6 month with the hand brake on and stunk of brake pads for the first 40 miles however soon cleared. However as said its still sticking slightly.
   
   Also the airbag light came on on the way home, whats usually causes this ?

   I should of said its a 1998 vts with rear discs

   With the airbag check the connectors under the seats(orange cables)

   cool, will give it a bash. sometimes the light goes off but only the odd now and again

   does your seat move at all, if it does then it'll be your connections under your seat, mine used to do it so had to secure the connectors better and now it doesnt come on check both front seats!!

   The rear calipers will be seized. I replaced mine a year ago as i had the same issue.
   
   Should be able get some cheap out of a scrapyard

   With my airbag wires I ended up removing the plugs & used bullet connectors,now 99% of the time I don`t get any problems with the light.When I do its just a case of pushing the connections together again.
