i bought my car last week without a cd player i bought 1 it fits and everything but i have sub plugs there is four and i have 2 plugs where they can go do i put just 2 in? and i have 6x9 wiring not a clue where to put them?

#2By sub plugs do you mean rca cables that run from the stereo to the amp?
If this is the case you need to connect both to the sub pre-out (should be labled) One is positive the other negative.
If you only have 2 sets of pre-outs though, its seems to me that you only have pre-outs for front and rear speakers. I may be wrong though.
