pipe size doin my head in!

   Hi i need a silicon elbow to go from my throttle body intake to air filter on VTR 03 model, what am trying to work out is what size will fit over intake witch i believe is 63mm (2.5") so will i 63mm bend actually fit that.
   
   this is what av been looking at on ebay.

   its a reducer so 3" end will fit over filter.

   yea why wouldnt it fit? if the diameter is 63mm then obviously a 63mm ID will fit

   ye but if that is the exact size of intake wont the bend have to be maybe 64mm to fit over it?
