my lights keep dimming then re lighting

   i have recently bought a citroen saxo 1.1 and i have noticed when i am driving it the lights dim and then relight, the lights on the dashboard also dim and relight
   
   
   what could this be? i dont think its the alternator because the car runs perfectly.

   Does it seem to dim more at lower speeds.

   Could be a faulty voltage regulator on the alternator.

   no it does not dim at lower speeds, it just does is randomly

   it does accelerate then decellerate as well

   As said probably voltage regulator.
