a little help needed

    im soon selling my saxo vts, its not been driven for 3 weeks, i charged the battery it started up fine, moved it to a flat space on the drive to be jacked up to fix a few minor problems,now it will not start at all,
    starter motor does not turn the engine over so im thinking it must be that,
    anyone with any other idea's of what this could be

    I'd first see how much power the starter motor is getting, have you got a voltmeter?
    Also it could be as simple as one of the terminals has worked it's way loose off the starter motor, this has happened to me before. The little 8mm nuts might be 7mm might have worked loose, also you haven't knocked the fuel cut off switch?
