Engine management light

   Hi all, when driving home from work my engine management light came on. Its not running rough and i can't hear it missing or anything but it does sometimes bounce when idling hinting at a faulty ic valve. Would this cause my engine management light to come on?

   Get the car on a diagnostics machine mate,then go from there.

   Would the OBD fault code readers pick a code up from it? Want to keep costs down a lil so don't fancy going to Citroen.

   Yes they will mate. Got mine for a tenner off ebay just before xmas, works a charm!

   Depends on your saxo to if they will give a true reading i had a customer that came in and told me the fault codes his give him and one of them was for the second lambda and one was for a sensor on the automatic gearbox when his car was manual.
