Advise on fitting seat rail's

   Hi
   
   I am fitting new seat rail's in my saxo tomorrow, My mum's boyfriend asked if they have to be bolted in or welded.. which got me thinking!!
   
   Do they have to be bolted or welded in?

   If they`re standard seat rails then they bolt in.
