HOW DO YOU FIT CAMS ? any guides?

   says it in the title , i see lots of youtube videos about kent cams, i dont know what they do? can someone describe there job and what preformance will it make,? and if soo is it easy to fit?

   What engine is this for?
   
   Basically, cams will increase the periods of time the valves are kept open, therefore increasing power.
   
   On the 16v engine, they are easy to fit tbh. 8v is a little more involved as you have to take the head off, but still straight forward.

   8v 1.4 westcoast mk1, if its to hard to do and involves takig head off i think illl leave it
