Dastek on a 3 plug ecu

  1. #1
read that there may be some problems in doing this can't remember what but to anyone who knows can you elaborate on this
  2. #2
i had it, and for what it was gonna cost me to install and tune and find out what wires i needed to tap..... i went standalone instead.....

plus when done you cant map it further when its been done, have to keep going back

From what I've heard mate it simply won't work tbh, think John from GMC will be the best man to speak to though

And if it's for boost I also found it impossible to find someone who will map it, I planned to use a dastek for my turbo build and had to buy standalone instead

I've got a Unichip Q with a loom if you are after one Gav

this is for n/a know somewhere that will map it for 250 but I do remember something about the 3 plug ecus having some sort of function on it that reverts it back to standard near enough

As I said above mate John from GMC will probably be the best man to speak to, was speaking to someone who has the same issue as you and John explained why it can't be used on a 3 plug ecu

    just a passing though tbh

Damn, i was hoping to go Unichip further down the line!

If its for N/A and costs 250 to get mapped you not thought about just getting the oe ecu mapped?
