Windscreen Wiper Relay help!!

   Hi everyone,
   
   I'm having a problem with my front wipers, the intermitent setting won't work, i've changed the wiper stalk but still the same problem, having read on here it may be the wiper relay i'm looking to change that,
   
   can anyone tell me which colour and where to find the wiper relay, some people on here say it's blue and some say it's green, Help!
   
   Its for a mk 2 2001 model vtr.

   Its the blue one mate, behinde the glovebox.
