Please can somebody with knowledge confirm the gearbox code for a 2001 VTR 8v NFT? I've searched through the technical section and it suggests it must be a 20 CN 05 because of the longer splines required, but there are lots of posts about just putting any box in. 
I can't check the existing box as I know its a non-VTR scrapyard one (thats just broken
) and would like to get the right one this time. Please could somebody with a VTR of a similar age with the original gearbox confirm the code?
