#11how do yoy get the lens off tho iv tried a bit with a heat gun but just cracked the edge?
-
#12mine are done, and it looks awesome.
I only sprayed 1 part of the reflective bit, which is closer to the lens, gives a smoked look but with also keeping the function/brightness of the lights.
Passed mot.

#13to take the lense off you need to put them in the oven or keep heating up the glue around the edge, then with a sharp knife remove the lense form the housing.

#14u got any closer pics davevts?? cheers bondie

#15excuse the quality of them, taken with my phone

i dint put them in the oven (seems a bit OTT for me) just left them infront of electric heater for a bit til the glue had started to soften, then slowly and carefully prised them open.
hope it helps

but definately in the height of the beam, can no longer have the lights high as it blinds oncomers. lol. very good for country lane night driving though.
Gloss as it gives better reflection. -
