Rear Shocks, Are these OE replacements?

    Hi there,

my rear shocks are 140k old and are doing almost nothing.

Are those standard replacements for a VTS? Not sure if all Saxo's ran the same rear shocks or not.

If i put on something slightly harder, like the APEX rears, is the ride height at the rear going to change a lot?

I ask as I've not got time for doing the torsion bars etc.

    Thanks for any help.

those are just standard spec replacements but made by Bilstein. Ride height shouldnt be affected, its only the rebound of the shock thats altered (I assume the apex are adjustable like the spax ones I have fitted?)

Obviously the ones i linked are standard replacements, the question is do VTR/S's have different shocks to 1.1 etc.

Back end of the car is 35-40m. Front is running Bilstein b8 with Faulkner 155lb springs.

I don't have the time at the moment to adjust the beam to suit if slightly harder shocks are going to raise the back end to much.

    Any help great.

    Thanks
