fuse box ticking

My fuse box on the inside, where you plug in the diagnostic machine has started making a ticking noise. Sounds like when you put an indicator on but it does it every 20 seconds or so
Done a search but cant find anything?

It's probably your indicator stalk playing up.

It can create a contact long enough to make a click, but not show any lighting.

It does it when I turn the key 1 click as well. don't know if its anything to do with it but will swap all the relays over I guess. if not back to the garage again

heat up your stalk with a hair dryer, sometimes moisture triggers the contact.

Don't swap relays, they're not the problem!!!!

Even try heating it first as mentioned above.

don't ask for help then do your own thing! noob lol

when you turn the key one click, your indicators become active, and power goes to the stalk.

Only way to fix this usually is strip the stalk down and clean it or buy a new one

lool sorry. I read a similar thread where it makes a noise after they have used their indicator and the replys were change the relays and check he fuses.
Ill try drying it out and if not ill just live with the tick. I just wanted to make sure its not something serious and dagerous.

You could try changing the relay... but your indicators are still working so must the relay! it's can't magic a power input on its own.

Do the cheapest option first! which is clean the contacts on the stalk. cheapest fixes are always worth doing.
