Unplugged wire behind glovebox.

   Hello,found these unplugged wires while removing the glovebox,anyone know what they are for? Thanks.

   You have a vts so maybe alarm?

   From what i know mine doesn't have an alarm from factory,there was an aftermarket alarm but that seems like a wire fitted from factory so i don't think it has anything to do with that.

   That's possible but aren't airbag wires orange only?

   I think the VTS came with an alarm as standard no?
   
   If it's got an aftermarket one it's maybe summat to do with the original alarm.
   
   my GTI has an aftermarket and an OEM one.

   Yeah I'm pretty sure that's the origional alarm wiring. I remember mine being unplugged because the alarm going off all the time. Looks the same.
