My car died earlier so had a look at the coilpack and the one on the right was covered with oil so took the spark out and it was covered also.
What does this mean ?

Would getting oil on one of the sparks and the coilpack make the car just stop?

i wouldn't have thought so, maybe a missfire on one cylinder worst case scenario. When you say just stop....did it just cut out? did it restart ok?

Have replaced the sparks and will be doing coilpack as they gave me the wrong one!
It just dropped all revs and sounded like a diesel and wouldn't rev.
It doesn't start at all

What was wrong with yours? I am getting it towed to a garage for a diagnostic test to be done. Hopefully it's nothing to serious
