Icv screws rounded

   Want to change my icv, but the screws on it have rounded off from the number of times I've had to remove and clean it. Are there any ideas of how to remove them? Thanks

   Cut a slot in the head of them with a Jr hacksaw and use a screw driver in the slot. Or you could try mole grips and heat on them.
   
   Worse comes to worse just drill them out then drill and tap new holes in the aluminium next to the old holes.
