Hello, just out of interest thought of doing this from front to back and doors, would it make big difference to road noise and so on?

    Deadening?
Of so yes massive difference, for cavities also use expanding foam, it's great, lightweight and works really well.

Personally just buy the cheapest Matt off eBay you can find, I don't see there being much difference. And just regular expanding foam from b&q

The cars already has a fair bit in there tbf.
The doors you will find tricky as windows move and access is tight.
A big difference would be made i think if you were to lift the carpet and put two layers of deadening in. A scrapy would want much i dont think for one. And then take the rood lining out and again, put another layer in.
Its road noise and wind noise that are loudest really.
