How many should be in vts there's space for two but I only have one and it never seems to go on.
Is there a way to test if fans working

Ecu controls the fans in the mk2's mate. So its most likely to be the relay. You can test the fan by running a pair of wires from the battery directly to the fan.

K mate will do am I right in thinking the fuse for fan is 3 or 5 ?

Where is the connector for the fan is it the one behind radiator

yes mate it is. The relay is in a little box on the fan housing.

yeah mate i think its just 1 posi drive screw holding the cover on.
