engine replacement

   Hi,
   Iv just bought a Citroen Saxo 1.1, Engine wasnt any good, so i decided to drop in a VTR, Iv used the Engine loom that came with the VTR engine, but kept the inner loom from the 1.1, Iv swapped over igniton barrell key, ECU, transponder,
   The yellow flashing key symbol on the clock face is flashing, can someone tell me if i need to swop the inner loom from the VTR aswell,

   Ecu is locked?
   
   Sounds like you need the vtr immobilizer box or send ECU to be unlocked.
