Need help angel eyes

   Right I have angel eyes I have both halo rings hooked up and sidelight and the stupid led I don't want the led on so could I just snip the red and black wire coming from then and just tape it up???

   Yes.... Just don't connect it up.
   
   Dont snip them off because it may come in use in the future.
