Right, after no help from saxp, i've sussed it. No brainer really.
Undo a battery terminal
Go under the passenger bench, under the middle black disc. Boom theres your fuel pump
Undid the brown plug, just stick a screwdriver in, and move the pin back, and pull up.
If you have a decent pair of Circlip plier, this will be easier, but I was able to use tin snips to get the hose clips off. Wiggle the pipes off, I lightly used pliers and just did twists and it slipped off. ( A little bit of fuel may dribble out of the tubing.)
Take note, which hose came off which nozzle. Mark them if need be.
Now with your flathead screwdriver and hammer, you want to bash the black screwcap off. Obviously in an Anti clockwise motion, until you can unscrew it with your hand. Once loose you'll be able to wiggle your fuel pump actually up and out. Obviously you'll need to jiggle it about at an angle to get the float and bag out. Be gentle though?
Have a tub or something to catch your petrol in, a bit will come out the actual filter bag, but when you tip your pump upside down, a lot will gush out.
Replace your pump drop it back into the tank, put the black screw ring on again hand tighten it, connect your hoses back up, I used new hose clips here for easier changing should I have to do it in future. Make sure they're actually done up tight, or you'll piss fuel out the sides like I did. Mop up and remaining petrol or let it evaporate off, re-connect your brown plug, bobs your uncle fannys your aunt.
