Brake convertion

   My mate is buying my vts off me but my rear beam is fubar, he has a furio, how easy would it be to convert his rear beam to disc before fitting it to my car? Thanks

   Pull the arms off each,swap disc ones onto his drum axle. Done.

   Put new bearings in the arms if doing the above
   
   You can swap all the stub pins and do it that way though
