vts wont turn over !

   cars been absoultly fine batterey and chargings fine I have all ignition lights on etc but on the final turn starter motor wont turn him over neither will the windows work when this happens ! when its running it will all works fine takes a fair few bumps to get him started ! and since I did ive got a constant buzz coming from the indicator relay wondering if anyone has any ideas ?

   Well if the windows won't work common sense tells me your battery is flat.

   nope batterey was fine starter motor was faulty gave a high resistancce back and blew a few fuses all sorted now
