freash air pump on vts. removal help

   hi all,
   
   i have a 2001 vts and im looking to remove that useless fresh air pump. i know its a case of taking it all out and blanking the hole in the side of the head.
   
   but what do i do with the wires for power and relay? (pictured below middle and right)
   
   
   also does anyone know what that connector is for on the left there? cant see were it goes onto.

   Looks like a power steering loom
   
   The connector on the left usually has a fuse in it
   
   The middle is the relay
   
   the right is where it attaches to the pump

   yeah it looks like the power steering loom but its not. this is attached to the engine loom whereas the PAS disconnects completely.

   It's fused on mine.

   Exactly the same as your pic but with a 30A fuse in the fuse holder lol.
   
   I have these pushed behind headlight out of the way - no troubles with water etc so far.

   just cover the ends in small party balloons to keep them dry
