I want to change my steering wheel to a sports wheel and a boss, does anyone know if I will have problems with the airbag light. Will it stay on? Thanks zac.

Not if you put a resistor in it.

You need a 2.2 ohm resistor to turn the light off.

Airbag ecu is behind the console & bolted to the floor(under carpet)

How hard is it to actually change the steering wheel?

Easy, disconnect batter, leave for 20-30 min as the airbag has a reserve power, two bolts on the back of the wheel, pull airbag out then take out the centre bolt that connects it to the steering column..

And for people saying take out the ecu, that won't work if you want it to go through MOR/NCT as the light has to come on with ignition them go back off.

T50 torx head bolt holds the wheel on,just make sure it doesn`t hit you in the face when it comes of the splines lol.
