Hi guys i have a great deal but i know nothing about fitting a vts front springs and shocks (stock) to a diesel sax ,since diesel is heavyer in the front can vts springs be fitted at all ?will they survive the waight ,and will the car be lower ?if not what would be the reason for squekig noise when going over speed bumps ?cheers

Top mounts, balljoints, springs or shock for the squeaking. Not sure about vts gear on a diesel though

VTS suspension will be fine on a diesel.

    VTS engine is heavier too.

Squeaking going over bumps from the front is probably the ARB or rear wishbone bushes, nothing to worry about. just load the bushes with WD-40.

You can drive a 1.5D with no inlet manifold if you want just loses a bit of torque and makes one hell of an induction roar.

I'd just leave it unless it's going to fall off or something lol

noo ,it's a small crack i think between 1st and 2nd inlet ,just i am trying to smarten the car up a bit ,just getting whole lot of enterior clips sorted out ,a lot of them broke so it is all shaking and squeeking up inside ,inlet crack,a bit of clutch problem ,it changes sound when you press it it's quieter than when its not on *what could that be ?clutch is new it has like 3000 miles on it * ,and thats about it ,for a 2002 car it is spot on

Noise with your foot on the clutch, it could just be the release bearing is noisy. doesn't always means there's something wrong with it

    Don't worry about your inlet

clutch is great ,it is sronger model 8 springs insted of 6 so the change doesn't worry me just i am not good with new sounds and that freeks me out ,and noise happens when my foot is off the clutch ,btw clutch is set up by local racing mechanic *my cousin* and now the car has that whining sound in 4th and 5th gear like a rally car whitch it didn't have lol 58bhp racing car FTW and sorry i got another question ,rear plastic that's under the rear window started cracking again under vibration ,i tighten it up as hard as i could and i checked all the plastic thingis (like bolts that hold up the interior *i don't know the english name for it* ) are ok ,neither of 2 broke could i slide some foam like sponge or somthig between boot and plastic ,or ?cheers pal you really help me out
